We use advanced AI models, including OpenAI’s services, to analyze your map area and responses and to draft the 14‑section report. AI output may be imperfect, outdated, or require expert judgment. Reports are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional, legal, safety, or land‑management advice. Always verify recommendations in the field and follow all applicable laws and safety practices.

3) Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful information and only submit data you have a right to share.
• Use the Service in compliance with all hunting, land use, and access regulations.
• Exercise caution and judgment; you are responsible for your decisions and actions.

4) Data and Map Permissions

By submitting the form, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to process your inputs and map coordinates for the purpose of generating and delivering your report, improving the Service, and providing customer support. We may use third‑party mapping and geocoding providers to render imagery and context.

5) Payments and Delivery

Where applicable, charges are disclosed during checkout. Due to the automated and customized nature of AI‑assisted reports, orders may be non‑refundable once generation begins, except as required by law.

6) Intellectual Property

All site materials, templates, and code are our property or our licensors’. You receive a personal, non‑transferable license to use your generated report for your own hunting and educational purposes.

7) Third‑Party Services

We rely on third parties such as OpenAI for AI processing and mapping providers (e.g., MapTiler/Esri) for imagery and geocoding. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of features they power.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the report. Hunting and land activities involve inherent risks; always prioritize safety and comply with all regulations.
